Wednesday Evening - 6:45 PM
Wednesday Evenings focus on the core concepts of Jesus and Community & World. Our children learn the importance of intentionally sharing God's amazing redemption story as a conversation in practical ways to their friends, family, and others in their lives.
Bible Buddies (Nursery - 3 YR Olds)
Every time the kids are here at church our prayer is that they are growing to know about God and Jesus our Savior. They are growing in their foundations of faith even at the youngest age. Bible Buddies on Wednesday Nights enjoy time together playing, hearing God’s Word, and making a craft. This group meets year round at 6:45 PM on Wednesdays.
Mission Friends (PreK - Kindergarten)
Preschoolers are building their foundations of faith, and on Wednesday evenings we focus on foundational Bible stories that reveal God’s love and rescue plan through Jesus. They learn about God’s love for all people and are encouraged to develop a heart for others through diving into the Jesus Storybook Bible during each class. As they discover the greatness and intimacy of our amazing God we pray that they will one day accept Him as Savior and grow to share Him with others. Along the way seeds are planted for each child to cultivate a personal trust and love for Christ. This group meets from August through June at 6:45 PM on Wednesdays.
Children in Action (1st-5th Grade)
Children in 1st-5th grades are invited to learn about Jesus and sharing Him with others through Children in Action. We meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:45 PM, from August through June. During this time, the kids broaden their awareness of their community and world by learning about the work of missionaries through stories, games, and crafts. They learn how to tell others about Christ. In response to what they learn, the kids pray, give, and go by doing monthly ministry projects. For the past several years, they have had an ongoing ministry to the residents of Morning Pointe Assisted Living Center. If you know a child in the 1st through 5th grade, they won’t want them to miss the fun and learning involved in being a part of Children in Action!
